Make Hay While the Sun Shines

We inaugurated the dumpster last night with a bunch of discard trim, pieces of the late front steps, and bags of trash that have been stored around the house (erm, in my studio space). This morning, two guys showed up in a truck and began pulling the old gutters down in preparation for putting a new fascia board on soffits. Um, that's an edge on the roof, basically.

Noel is now out back taking the awning down, and later we will get busy with the drywall once again. But now we must work outside while the sun is out and the winds are down.
