A Little Backfill on the Side

Now that the front forms have been stripped, the team spent a lot of the day backfilling. (If you're interested, watch the movie of their work.)

The result is very pretty, indeed:

The crew also detached and piled up those lumps of concrete near the front door:

They also cleaned up the top surface of the foundations to be ready to install the sill plates:
