Garden Update

OK. So last weekend I handpainted the Bermuda under the roses with Roundup. This week:

Still there. So I sprayed it again today, employing a homemade spray shield to protect the roses. I will kill that stuff.

Speaking of the roses, they are all covered in buds. This winter's rains really made them happy, I guess. And I will be continuing the love tomorrow when I install an irrigation system for them, so stay tuned.

The lemon tree is lost to all common sense and is blooming as if it was not a fifteen-inch-tall twig. I pinched off a few flowers and they left the most wonderful scent on my fingers.

You missed the first ripe strawberries. We ate them. But this guy is next up:
